Ya, i am looking for items like Energy Condensors, and Alchemical chests, but they arent there

I was playing Direwolf20 today on my server, and i noticed that there wasnt any EE3 items in it. Im confused as to why EE3 isnt on there. I looked through alot of of other servers and they have it. I also tried to start a SSP world, and there wasnt any EE3 items either

Theres no Tin in my MindCrack server that i host for me and my friends...I also glitched the world so i could see all ores around me..Zero tin, is this a bug or something i did wrong?
