are you sure you aren't using extrabiomesXL, because I believe JSTR already supports that. but if you actually are using biomes o plenty, then create a folder on your desktop called biomesop then put the texture sheets in that. then FINALLY put the biomesop folder in the texture pack's .zip hope...

It was made so ALL block/item textures (not mobs and guis) need to be a seperate file. I don't like it very much, but that's not my decision. Dinnerbone is STILL better than Jeb.

I had that SAME question, but really who wouldn't.

What I was trying to say was that they might have to rework the FTB launcher to install each modpack(DW20 Mindcrack, etc.) as a resource pack on the standard ol' /appdata/roaming/.minecraft instead of creating whole new instances of the game.

Reading what dinnerbone said on that github, it looks like the new work on a FTB launcher could be scrapped, too, seeing as Resource packs will cover mods. "Ultimately, every mod/plugin will be its own resource pack, vanilla will be a resource pack by itself, and users will be able to apply...

you are talking about the lower left-hand corner of terrain.png right? I think i can handle that then. once i make a lava texture, or a water one i guess. I would rather do water. That aquamarine flavor from default isn't cutting it for me

Except for the most part other people won't be able to see your hd skins unless they also have that mod. Also, TECHNICALLY, hd skins have been in minecraft since minecraft had a seeable other character. If you are using an hd texture pack, then most likely the char.png will be hd making any...
