The config is a simple text document with many lines saying "Hard mode macerated recipe: true", etc. All you have do is change the word true to false on anything you don't like. I don't understand why anyone would have more difficulty with a text document than they would posting on an online...

Sadly this is a bug with nuclear fuel cells. If you don't shift click them out of crafting tables, they can sometimes have durability bars when crafted and this makes them unable to be used in recipes such as upgrading.
