For the quarry get coal and stirling engines and 3 to 4 of those should be enough. Also, I suggest making a battery (not an item, a building) for BC power, it gives you a lot of benefits.

Fluid ducts and itemducts work automatically. You can make the opaque versions that don't require the induction furnace if you don't want to use obsidian. It just takes a hit of the crescent hammer and the arrows are self-explainatory. I guess the only problem would be filtering and the such...

I did clarify in the OP that it was ASIDE from the durability increase. I mean, a manyullynn pick HEAD is worthless over a cobalt head, which is faster and also durable enough, or an ardite head that'd give you infinity stonebound for DAAAYUM speeds at low durabilities.

The tier also named "Mannyulynn". What blocks are in this tier? Just Mannyulynn and all it's byproducts? IF that's it, then making a Mannyulynn pick/hammer would be a waste aside from the durability increase... At least personally. I wouldn't waste a tonne of Cobalt/Ardite in making decorative...

You could always breed them if there's the possibility... My world is lousy with the darn hives. I can't mine a bit of quartz without coming by one. I don't want to breed bees, get out of my face hive, jeez!

You can also always grab saltpeter and sulfur... I think there'ss a recipe for gunpowder invovling one of the two, if not both.
