So if I get it right, you want to generate a lot of RF to store and then use only to charge your power suit. This means you may not need a ton of RF/tick, but enough to build up energy while you are elsewhere.. I think a 5x5x5 with 5 yellorium tubes dumping its energy into a big energy cell...

The tutorial is split in two parts and is a good starting point for Big Reactors. The questions you have to answer, is how much RF do you want to produce, how fast and how fuel-efficient do you want to be. This will determine the size and configuration of your reactor.

You could take the DW20 pack and remove/add according to you wishes :) All the mods of your list except Tinker's Steelworks are in the pack.

Are you sure you changed the name "BigReactors-Reactor_1" at line 1 according to the name of the modem touching the reactor ? The number may be wrong..
