Update on this my server is now using the secure chest plugin it allows custom id locking so any id can be set to be lockable, you then use /sc lock and right click the block or /sc unlock to unlock it, you can add "trusted" users to unlock your stuff and al sorts, easy to use and easy as hell...

also if your using liquiducts check you havent wacked the connecting pipes with a wrench.

Once you have a pure breeding pair any spare drones you can use in the isolator to get the "species serum" then its just a case of getting some charges purifying them and inoculating any old princess until she cant take anymore, job done new princess with the same species as your pure one.

Looks like you have duplicate mods, check your mods folder for dupes and remove them or better yet remove all mods from the mods folder and readd them from the download again.

agree with the above latest bukkit forge, essentials, worldguard and worldedit all work fine.

Ok just tried to update and everythings fine bar the fact that IC2's energy net is STILL broken in the latest DW20 and most other packs that have it in so I will not be updating until this is fixed as the console spam plus log spam is just ridiculous not to mention the free energy.... So yeah...
