    That's strange, I just tested it in a fresh 0.7.0 instance and it worked. Detected it as soon as I had them in my inventory.

    I'm a little leery on adding Logistics Pipes due to all the changes Buildcraft is going through. Modular Turrets does fit in with Thermal Expansion but I don't think it is necessary in this pack. Try backing up the quest.hqm config files and replacing them with these. If that doesn't work...
