How do you op yourself to set up the defaults and groups. This is abit diff than I remember essentials for bukkit.

I was using another mod for admin commands. I want to set up forge essentials. I don't see where I set myself as an op. I come in as a guest. Where are the groups and permissions set? And how do I op myself ? Thank you in advance

There was a Java update from Apple, still no dice on FTB on OSX.

Works in Windows , also works in Parallels. Just not OSX.

FTB is crashing after the latest update. I have removed the files and started fresh , installed to a different directory. I also tried downgrading to Java 6 from mac. Simply Crashes as soon as it gets past the FTB splash screen.

I cant seem to download the magic world server files. Just hangs then when the dl completes the zip is corrupt. Anyone know of a mirror?

Found it, i added a commands mod, It doesnt seem to use the vanilla op.txt file. It had its own. All good now. Thank you guys. And if you want stop on by. lumincraft.us:25873

Yep its in cheat mode, just no admin options on the left

No its in cheat mode for admin, ive looked through all the options, And its on any installation i use. I have 2, one on PC one on mac.

For some reason the Weather Controls, and Time controls in the upper left of my NEI menu have disappeared. I press O and it toggles the items menu on the right but the admin controls are gone. Can anyone let me know what happened?
