Crystal chests could be a potential source of the lag, I'd recommend switching to a diamond chest, instead. That way the game doesn't have to render all the items in the chest.

Isn't there a bee that produces diamonds? Considering they also produce iridium, platinum, and titanium (alongside pretty much every other valuable item), I have to imagine there is a diamond bee.
