well world anchors require enderpearls to function. or it could be the fact that they have pumped all the lava out of the 3x3 area that is chunkloaded.

The forge log is usually more helpful. But in xycraft initialization method is where this errored so could be incorrect versions or world issues. Forge log should tell more.

To get mcpc running get the correct version for you delete your ftbserver.jar place the mcpc jar where it was rename it to ftbserver and then click your start up again.
