I don't believe the packs have server files as yet. Its planned for a later release, but till then you'll need to create the server upload manually.

Actually, it has been - check out CreeperCollateral (I think thats the name of it). Alternatively, you can turn on Environmentally Friendly Creepers in the CodeChickenCore config, although this makes creeper explosions not blow up blocks in the first place.

I decided to do a further test late last night - I enabled the cheat sheet option in the config file, just to see if it was potentially an issue with the research as opposed to the thauminomicon just not updating. But no, every mod added metal transmutation was blank.

No, cause if I do that it gives me Iron Transmutation - then if I research that, any time I put Metallum into the crucible, for example, Metallum+Vitreous (For tin), I get iron... Wanted to try without any further research first :)

Just tested this with Tin Transmutation - same thing, blank page in the Thauminomicon, adding the ingredients to a crucible gives the message "You discover something, but you can't record your findings!"
