    Issue with bukkitforge (only thing you have that uses keepcalm's break events). Its trying to grab a world that does not exist. I would recommend not using bukkitforge and switching to mcpc.

    Not always pex have a few security features in it that if you don't realise get a bit confusing. give yourself permissions.* and that will give access to all pex commands.

    Its not a fix but a way to find the block that is causing it. Soon as it is found it will crash the server so watch logins/tp and then trace back there.

    For the LWC there is a MCPC version on their wiki. As for Factions going to need a server startup log.
