    Automated animal breeding?

that would likely drive me nuts.. I like it. BTW never lose a portal Radio by misplacing it inside something else.. I gained a twitch tearing my base apart looking for that thing.

    Need some tips/help

Personally.. I pass all my logs and cobble stone through some crafting tables to make slabs, and then recycle it all. Store teh scrap in an extradimensional barrel until you have a matter fab, or use them right away if you can make a mass fab. I have a cobblegenerator (GT Rock-breaker or TE...

When the updated FTB pack is released will you try to "recover" things from your old save file?

New start, learned alot from my first server world, hopefully improvements in the mods will help with the tick rates a bit.

    Automatic Breeding

I'm going to use a that teleport track (uses ender balls whatever its called) to keep the breeders next to teh feed station and make the floor a massive MystCraft Portal to my cooker area (drop + lava blade + maintain momentum).

    Titanium and Chrome Ingot

The are both gregtech items, if you have a version previous to when Electrolyzers came out you'll have to use an industrial centrifuge hooked up to 32 EU/t... it takes a very long time for each process and you have to give it empty tin cells. Look up Titantium Dust in game, and then hit "R"...

    Titanium and Chrome Ingot

Look up industrial Electrolyzer recipes from gregtech (http://gregtech-addon.wikispaces.com/Industrial+Electrolyzer). they're both in there, Titanium is from Bauxite (found in forest and plains biomes) and chrome is from ruby dust.

    Current world after redpower 2?

I don't think many worlds would survive the towel needing mess that would occur the night RP releases... sigh.. oh the mess.

    Creating a remote MFS Unit

Carry an enderbag instead of chest, makes sending items home for a charge easier. Appears sound in theory though.

    Dumping to BC Pipes

Trying to avoid Logistics Pipes if I can as that fork will never be part of full pack, but I'll take a look. It appears that the buffer from TubeStuff will do exactly what I need (including intelligently/automagically stacking items), and it will eventually be part of the pack.

    Automated clay production

And aside from that wouldn't it be more productive to just mass fab that scrap and use the UU recipe for clay?

    Automated clay production

In 1.4.2 i have a turtle with a simple bucket filling script that the crafting table just takes the water from (leaving the bucket) to make my Bog earth. Works like a charm. I pump out of there into a buffer chest, that when full sends a pipe signal to shut off the pump on the crafting table.

    Geothermal Generator issues

Is the pipe at the bottom of the tank your output? It appears to be so.. if that's teh case, then it needs to be waterproof wood.

    Geothermal Generator issues

Make sure the solid component of the waterproof pipe is towards the lava tank, if its not hit it with a BC or TE wrench. Put a engine of some type or autarchic gate and your all set. can you post a Screenshot?

    Dumping to BC Pipes

Yes, sorting to recycler at the source is one way, just not the way I was attempting to figure it out. With RP this isn't an issue... I'll try tubestuff buffer before logipipes.

    Dumping to BC Pipes

Already doing the router route as described, with machine filter, and speed boost. But I can't eject into a pipe (updated to 0.6.13 newest version for MC1.4.2), so I'm dumping it into a diamond chest and pumping from there. This helps keep the system from bogging up as often, but eventually...

    Dumping to BC Pipes

I see your point, but its the fugliest thing imaginable :) Its keeping the chests clear though. Thanks

    Dumping to BC Pipes

4 engines doesn't really fit with the space I've set up for the mechanism, but I may try two off the diamond buffer (local input) chest. The router getting things out of the enderchest as fast as it does works well, GT translocator would be cheaper but I had the routers as I thought they'd...

    Dumping to BC Pipes

This is good to know! Thanks I have always been under the impression that IDs were going to standardize/change from the Beta pack so I was likely to lose this world to gain RP and the other mods... If this isn't the case it opens a whole new realm of anxiously waiting... That is brilliant...

    Dumping to BC Pipes

a redstone engine was too slow even at max speed for my application (multiple sources muck up the system), I was using electrical engine with a choke on it for 1MJ which I thought was the max pumping speed at 44 items. I'm not trying to just manage a quarry, but several departments all at the...

    Dumping to BC Pipes

1.4.2 FTB with Enderchests, TE, Factorization all updated to the highest release stable builds I could find. So, say I want to have a dozen different departments that I want to all dump into an enderchest that is then dumped out into my sorting/processing facility. Right now I have a quarry...
