RP2 pumps can do that. Place a grate at the level you want the water. Connect the pump to a tank with an infinite water source and turn it on.

It takes a while for the trees to mature before they start producing fruit. It is not instant. Just let it run a while. You will see the fruit on the leaves change color after a while. Once the whole tree is like that, it will continuously harvest fruit/nuts.

Not really sure. I'm guessing it has to do with the way liquids are handled by the API. Some liquids can be put in tanks, but can't be poured on the ground like water and lava can. I tried with all 4 fluids and only water worked. Not sure if that may be different in 1.5 since so many liquids...

I'm using them with ultimate 1.1.2. Some machines react strangely to the omniwrench. All the machines will break with the wrench, but not from all sides. Try clicking on the top of a machine that seems to not work.

yes. I'm on 1.1.2. I was playing on 1.1.0 prior to the newest recommended version and did not have this issue.

You can save some space by putting the ME interface right on the router. I tested it out. You just need a machine filter so it doesn't put the materials back into the me interface. The interfaces will auto feed anything with an inventory.

I'm having a similar issue with only wheat. I set my farm up with 2 sides for trees, 1 for wheat and 1 for potatoes. The trees work fine as do the potatoes. The wheat will harvest if I plant it, but it will not replant. I had no issues til the newest version of Ultimate.
