Some weapons use the boxes as an ingredient, some use the box as a crafting table, and for some you can take your pick out of the two methods. But even that takes a fair bit of figuring out! NEI just lists everything as coming from "Flan's Mod", so it's not so obvious which item is coming from...

How exactly does one figure out how to go about crafting the vehicles from Flan's Mod? I can't find any source of documentation. The pack I've got fails to list certain blocks in NEI (eg the Vehicle Crafting Table), so after figuring out that I even needed such a thing and opening it, it shows...

FOP, sounds like the world is still corrupt and MineCraft can't save over certain parts of it. There might not be much that can be done about this. To be clear, though, when you say the stuff you "put back" is gone with each restart, are you talking about animals, blocks placed into the world...

Under Windows 7 you may have another option - right click the world save folder and look for the option to restore a previous version. That OS periodically and automatically saves backups of some files even if you don't have a backup drive. It's a bit random as to whether it'll get a date you're...

You're saying that TE is a key feature of all good packs. YX33A is saying it's not, and therefore you're in complete agreement. What's not to make sense of?

That doesn't mean that eating a steak when your visible food bar is nearly full is worthwhile, mind you. The amount of saturation you gain won't make up for the amount of basic food points you wasted. You'll eat more often and run out of food faster that way.

Comments here suggest that yes, you can add (other Ars Magica) effects to the items you create. Just make sure you rig the spell so that those are applied to your enemy instead of to yourself. ;)

Can't say I've heard of a "well fed" buff, but I can tell you that the amount of saturation you get out of each food varies, and your saturation level is capped at your food bar level. Hence if you're eating foods that give little to no saturation, it doesn't really matter when you eat because...

Could be a struggling server, or poor internet connection. I've found that being near alvearies seems to - fairly reliably - cause this behaviour on my end, but I've also (very rarely) had it under vanilla SSP, so who knows. Go travel a bit. See if it only happens in certain areas, make a list...
