Uh, I think you misunderstood me. I understand the future plans for FTB launcher. What I'm asking about is the sharing of custom modpacks via the Curse client, which was the subject of Jaded's video.
To make sure I'm understanding correctly, this is the current method for sharing packs, but next week there will be a different method? Or this is the method to be used starting next week and going forward?
Is your reactor built across a chunk border? Is the entire thing chunk loaded? The reactor being only partially loaded can cause the multiblock to forget itself and lose it's liquid fuel inventory.
So, I thought I had read Tema say somewhere that it would now be possible to upgrade hardened fluxducts into redstone ones, but I'm not seeing a recipe in NEI. Am I missing something or is this not a feature?

Yeah, I thought going that route sounded like a pain. What I actually had in mind was some kind of simple API mod developers could opt in to. Nothing more complicated than "here's your mod's blocks, what color are they?"
I would have to put that under drawbacks to the update, personally, now that I know about it. I hate niche tools like that and just inventory clutter in general.
Negative. I was pretty sure I had tried that before but to be sure I just spammed r-click on it. As far as I can tell it doesn't even have a GUI. Same with the new controllers. Do I need some kind of reader tool?
I've been on servers where I joined later into the map's lifespan, and been offered stuff by players that reached end-game, but I wanted to play through the game myself so I just... declined. Simple solution.
