The command block can only be used to give a "player" an item using /give playersname itemid amount it needs a player to do so. It can't give items then drop them on the ground.

Actually sadly it is not possible. While yes the turtle does act as a fake player. Its inventory cannot be called by the server console. Yer best and only hope is to just spawn a massive butt load of items and give it to the turtle as it needs em.

I don't see a need to nerf soul shard. Actually no other way around akaedis. the RC chunk loaders should stay and the chickenchunk ones can go. This would force players to constantly hunt for ender pearls to keep them fueled. Thus also keep their base from shutting down.

Quicksand is a wonderful means of killing endermen. They don't tp when taking damage from suffocation. Ghasts would be tricky. I would suggest making the enclosure big enough to allow for a spawning then have it occasionally discharge a teslacoils charge to kill it.
