Cool, thanks. By the way, Nuclearcraft is a really awesome mod. Nice machines and much more interesting than just dropping down a Big Reactor.

I've started with Nuclearcraft and want to build a Fusion Reactor. But looks like there is no way right now to automate the production of Deuterium. It is supposedly possible to put empty Fluid Cells into the electrolyser, but that doesn't work. Is there any other way to automate the creation of...

My suggestion would be to make a simple semi-automated obsidian generator and turn the obsidian into gravel. Take the auto sieve from the quest and slap two stirling generators on it. Methacrylate is a great fuel source for them, a stack lasts forever. Use a hopper or item node to extract the...

This pack is actually a lot less grindy than AG2 or other skyblock maps. The main "issue" is probably that it relies on a few less common mods to get you started, especially Minechem. One question though, how much time did you spend to read through this thread? There are tons of posts here with...

The answer for the first two points is Yes. You can extract items from the bottom using hoppers, ExU Transfer Nodes, Relocator pipes or at T2 with EnderIO item conduits. One way to automate gravel: Feed lava into a stone barrel with a water block above it, extract the obsidian and feed it into...

Counted the blocks when traveling to the dungeons. ... 872 ...873 ... 874 ... :) (Just kidding, I added Journeymap to the pack. The actual coordinates are posted all the way back on pg75.) There are several ways to get or save iron when starting out: - Sieving Moon Rock has a chance to give...

There are six moon dungeons in a 1000m radius around the base. You could raid them as early as possible and hope for Ender Lilys from the chests. (I got 16 of them in the current save, more than enough to have a decent ender pearl supply.) The dungeons will also give lots of iron and glowstone...

These coordinates are for the Observatory map. And the beginning of my moon base. It's not even remotely done yet, but it should be a decent start. :) Assuming I make it to the end of all the quest chains, then this will actually be my final goal - recreate Earth. Not sure yet, how...

I decided to start over this week and a few setups might be worth sharing. Power Generation: It uses lava as fuel source. A cobble generator feeds the crucibles, the lava goes into an EnderIO Fluid Tank. The tank has two routers attached (both need machine upgrades), the routers are connected...

I was running the numbers yesterday, just to see if it is worthwhile to decompose stone and what level of compression works best. It assumes a cobble gen with 4-5 world upgrades and the Refined Relocation extractor feeding 9 cobble every 0.6 seconds into the first crafting module, producing 6000...

Should work, but my suggestion would be to try the complete setup on the moon first. You probably want to add also a Dimensional Anchors (chunk loaders) on both sides. They are really cheap to make in this pack. Also fairly cheap is a Basic Capacitor Bank, always better to have some energy...

Completely unrelated to your issue ... :) Another pretty cheap option to light up your base are Carpenter's Blocks. Place a block down into the floor, shift-click a piece of glowstone dust into it and then the actual floor material. It emits at light level 14 (brighter than a glowstone torch)...

A couple random hints/tips for T1. (Just made it to Mars yesterday ... and having a blast with this pack. :)) Leather: It's much easier to just craft it instead of waiting for the Spawn Cow eggs, having to create an air bubble and then breeding the cows. 32 gunpowder give all the sulfur needed...

Spawn room with fans to push all mobs (including blazes) into a 3x3 hole in the center. Mobs drop down and get killed by spikes. Vacuum hopper to collect items and xp.

I started my quarry at +1500/+1200 (and use the Warp Book to travel there) and get loads of quartz. The overworld quartz seems to ignore fortune, but it's still mining more than enough.

Make the tools Unbreakable. Start with Obsidian Rod + Wooden Head, that way you need a very low amount of experience per level. Then go out and chop the heads off of skeletons and zombies. (Or if you have a mob farm, design it so that you can hit their heads.) That does 100 damage = 100 xp, a...

If the spawn areas are the same, there is a Forrest Biome just two or three chunks to the north. How far do you have to go into Thaumcraft in order to get Silverwood tree saplings. These trees are able to change the biome to Magic Forrest. And is it possible to get Sunflower seeds in dungeon...

It's most likely a typo in the recipe. (I hope so at least. :)) But check the trades with the villagers in the cube. Not sure if that happens every time, but one of my villagers is trading 1 Emerald -> 3 Glowstone Blocks. I've got more than a stack that way already. The Nether Cube also has a...

40 Range Upgrades (kinda expensive, but well worth it) let it mine in a 9x9 square. If you pick it up using the PA wrench, then it keeps its configuration and everything inside. You can just put it down at the new location. There is no maintenance, it doesn't need energy ... it absolutely beats...
