    that is what we are talking about, you don't necessarily need iron, but I think that the quest book specifically asks for an iron tool forge (it might be meta-data independent though) anyhow, you need to get to the metal age first...

    you can also get moss balls with the chisel, get stone (not cobble) and chisel it into mossy stone bricks, no nature essence required :D (and the chisel recipe is set to be with flint in this pack) also, there's a setting in iguanatweaks that allows you to craft tools in a normal crafting...

    Yes, so I'm saying that if my idea get's implemented you could use a skeleton head as the finishing item to throw onto the Runic altar, instead of livingrock. And exclude the skeleton skull from the list of items that you have to click on the altar for the crafting.

    oh yes, head creation, but I suppose there's no other crafting 'device' in botania that would fit more for this... but in the case of head creation the 'catalyst' could be a mob head instead of livingrock? If the idea gets implemented of course...

    thinking about how Vazkii is doing awesome things with TC compatability I'm guessing that it wouldn't be possible to move warded blocks with a mana lens: weight, but testing sure wouldn't hurt. except for Thaumcraft, what other unmoveable blocks can you remember out of the top of your head...
