    Yes those 3 at the center is killing your air quality, i suggest adding a clay block above it until you get more frying pans

    add blocks above the fire areas u are not using, exposed fires makes the air bad

    Where are you setting up the server on?... if its just your own computer, download and extract the server zip file, then double click the Start.bat file

    Update it? cause if you dont get sugarcane seeds from the quest in 1.1.14 you will have a hard time getting them in dungeons... in 1.1.17 you can get sugar cane seeds from triple compressed dirt

    Try backing up the world, and then deleting your ftb folder and reinstall.... cause i have the recipe... and many other people do

    1) I am using Kawaii food mod for that.... 2) If you are using the latest version galgador has been nerfed to the ground, and you can even find them in dungeon chests now. If you are using the latest version shouldnt have the issue

    Try spawning it in then, 1-2 people had this bug... Perhaps try reinstalling ( delete the whole ftb folder after backing up your save file) and run it with all the mods to see if you can craft it.

    2) Are you running a server? 3) Then go hunting them in a dungeon, or light up the dungeons xD, If you walk abit further out there are few dungeons and mobs will spawn on the surface

    Water bottles are easy to get in 1.1.17, read the update XD i made snow-> water fast
