Currently it is, in fact, the best power source, yes. No other power generation methods currently exist that match. Also it needs 24k RF/t to perform the reaction and make the fuel, not 16k.

Yeah, maybe. I just love the whole crop breeding system and all that, but there's too much fluff in IC2 to justify installing it for the crop content alone... On that note, how should I contact them?

You cannot use the engines. Use steam dynamos to power the pulverizer and furnace, and feed the dynamoes water with an aqueous accumulator and fuel.

We need a mod that adds IC2's crops system, like its breeding system, etc., but being able to have it without the rest of IC2's stuff. It's one of the only remaining things that are unique about IC2, but it doesn't even fit that well with the rest of IC2, and it could be done so much better if...

Are there any ways of creating infinite lapis that do not involve magical crops, mining (automatic or manual), or pulverizing wool?

If XACT's dupe bug ever gets fixed, will you add it back in? It does more than just allow a vanilla crafting table to keep its contents...

You could make it so you make a custom block, and you use the normal infusion altar to infuse it with the block you want it to look like and one or more mana beans of the aspects you want to infuse. Then the essentia cost would be the same aspects as the mana beans. Does the Thaumcraft API allow...
