Mojang got into the Christmas cheer today, giving anyone who owns Scrolls a free Scrolls gift code that they can send to a person of their choice.
In my mind, it's things like this that really set Mojang apart from other companies. Mojang essentially just gave away a huge amount of potential...
It's something that has to be fixed in the code, there is no way of editing or deleting a few files and it'll fix it.
If they are able, the launcher devs will release an update that fixes this problem, but they are extremely busy making the new launcher, which will hopefully have all these bugs...
I like this, because it doesn't actually limit anyone's ability to respond to old topics, that might piss them off. Instead, it allows necros, but makes people aware that they might be doing them unintentionally.
Official staff can only provide support for official packs at the moment. Not because of a contract or anything, we just don't have time to do anything like this, nor is it particularly easy to provide support for a pack that you've never even downloaded.

In the launcher, find out what the "Install folder" under the Options tab is and write it down somewhere.
Press windows key+r, type "%appdata%" in the box that appears and hit enter or click ok.
