You're allowed to mention the launcher, no problems there. Do you mean it shows a preview of the players skin when that player is selected?

It's something that has to be fixed in the code, there is no way of editing or deleting a few files and it'll fix it. If they are able, the launcher devs will release an update that fixes this problem, but they are extremely busy making the new launcher, which will hopefully have all these bugs...

If there hasn't been a launcher update (and it checks automatically for updates) then no. There hasn't.

I like this, because it doesn't actually limit anyone's ability to respond to old topics, that might piss them off. Instead, it allows necros, but makes people aware that they might be doing them unintentionally.

The actual new launcher coming out next has that feature planned.
