    ya never leave a quarry running when shutting a server off. Sometimes I get crashes that way so I always turn my quarrys off when I turn my server off.

    Right click your FTB launcher and goto properties and click run as admin try that:) Also update to current version of java 32bit and 64bit.

    Well windwows 7 uses 2GB of ram itself so that would leave the server with only 1GB do you have a extra stick of ram?
