Details of the issue:

First of all, the server never gives a crash report because it isn't crashing and I can't copy from console as the console goes to fast to take anything from it. My computer restarted after lightning hit my house last night and now whenever I open my server and have anyone join, the console spits out many lines a second saying things like

"wrong location! entitypixie['pixie/983, 1='world', x=1008.08, y=87.71 z=1041.37] (at 63, 65 instead of 51, 57); at net.minecraft.world.chunk.Chunk.func_76612_a(Chunk.java:781); at net.minecraftforge.common.chunkio.ChunkIOProvider.callStage2(ChunkIOProvider.java:41; ETC"

and disconnecting us with a timed out error after about 10 seconds. Please help. We got very far into the pack and I don't want to lose 50+ hours of work.

EDIT: After leaving the server open and trying to connect it gives me "java.net.connectException: Connection refused: no further information:​
