hm, i have most of my graphic settings really really low. how come i still cant get FPS over 30 and experince the game as laggy. if my computer now is good enough to run monster with high fps, what can i do to get that FPS.

I do use OPIS and i cant see anything that is wrong really. Sometimes a bit much entitys other than that it is fine. The ping on each tick is 20 as it should be.
