Wood's Ecological trait does slowly repair a tool. Emphasis on Slow.

If you really wanna be efficient you can use a phantom warp lens to send the pulse back to a mana poolfeeding the spreader. This will use some mana passing through the drum though, and will also trigger the drum twice. The drum will usually block mana bursts.

The best way to use a botania drum is to hit it with a mana pulse from a Redstone/Pulse Mana spreader, which is activated on a redstone pulse. They've never responded to redstone directly. The coloured area is a feature of the Manaseer monocle.

two - yeah - one for chips and one for gears.... that's it... the basic logi pipe is still 2 glass, 1 redstone torch, 2 cobble pipes 1 diamond pipe and either a gold gear or a gold chipset.

They work amazingly with itemducts (including warp) they'll even route correctly though the ducts. You do still need BC to craft most of Logistis pipe's routing pipes to my knowledge though.

You'll notice in every tool forge recipe there are always four slots, regardless of how many parts the thing your building has. If you put something in say the lumber axe section in every slot, then switch to say, a throwing knife, you'll see both the other parts are full. (and it'll still be...

Other than redstone for draw speed or mossy or flux there really isn't that much that is useful ranged tinker weapon wise.

It still needs a tier 4 alter. The only tier swapping expert mode does to my knowledge is Sacrifice runes being t3, and Capacity being t2.

Super-laminar Fluidducts are also an option as they have infinite throughput.

Personally i think this is where an me chest shines. Also the crystaliser does auto output to inventories adjacent to it's "top". Otherwise, a bank of storage drawers (piping into a controller) or barrels (with an item sporting system) should also do the trick.

Oh yeah that reminds me - if you bonemeal a buried petal you'll get a tall flower of that colour. Pretty helpful to keep in mind :P

What cool little thing have you discovered today?

While maybe not cool in some senses, I found out when making my taintthistle that if Vitium Essentia passes through you, you end up with a short period of taint poison. This likely also applies to any entity, so keep your chickens out of your infusion room, as the duration of the poision would...

The odds are 100% you'll get about 3-4 flowers of random types. Thus it's a net postive in flowers to make it with floral powder.

For assembly tables - i use a sattlite pipe and crafting module on a chassis on the adjacent chest. Really simple XD

You can... but there is a reason you get floral fertaliser from long/dead grass. You also do need full flowers for some things (like floating flowers or the lexica botania). Personally I usually automate a Jaded Amarathus quite quickly. That gets me plenty of mystical flowers.

Yes, I did assume you had a crafting pipe or module to craft glass.

Supplier pipe/module in chassis on the drawer controller. Set it to supply 3 stacks. It shouldn't self feed. (You prob don't want to put it on the drawer itself as it'd try to self-feed i think)

Thaumcraft 4 - A quick way to discover all aspects (updated for 4.2):

You don't need to discover aspects in thaumcraft 5. Tempestas is only found (rarely) on nodes, or natura clouds.

What cool little thing have you discovered today?

This actually applies to both alfglass and bifrost as well as managlass, and in the most recent update, panes also glow.
