You can set it to read/write, read only and write only. I had a problem where I was wondering where my 12k iron ingot went until I saw that the storage bus on the DSU was set to "write only".

The problem with dark cable is that when it changes it reset the entire craftingline. Its better to put level-emitter on the export bus.

The turtle can scan its own inventory. You just need to select the slot you want to look in. About the DSU then try .getSizeInventory() to get the amount of inventoryspaces. I think there is at least 3 spaces you can read.

Yes you can. Its should not be a problem. But only if you are talking about bees. You cant do it with frames.

I already have that line in my script. It does. If I put an item in slot 100 then it can see all 108 slots in the chest. Maybe I just have to rewrite my script so when it get a slot with no item it has to stop - and then wait until admin will update the server.
