    @Tsuko The Steam Alloy Smelter consumes a *hell* of a lot of steam. The small copper fluid pipe may indeed be too small. I have a normal bronze fluid pipe on mine, and even then, several boilers can barely keep up. And, if a GT steam machine doesn't have enough steam, it will complain loudly...

    Thanks, @asb3pe . I have updated my listed to remove Extruder and add Polarizer. I agree cutting down on the amount of redstone required is important.

    They are very fast, faster than even a max-enchanted Boots of the Traveler. Now, when you're wearing the boots *and* you're using the Traveler's stones, it's sick how fast you move. Trust me - you want to at least try it. It's a blast.

    Early-game, I can't get enough of them. I need them to surround the research table and to stabilize the Infusion Alter if I don't want to cheese it and just spam candles. Mid-game, I use them for travel blocks and warding blocks. I take all the doors off my base and put 1 or 2 layers of warding...

    Edit : Sorry, I think Plum trees have the best/fastest Yield. I'm at work and don't have access to the game to access NEI. You'll have to verify yourself. It's either Plum or Lemon.

    Forestry: Fruit doesn't ripen?

    Close. Matures is how fast it goes from sapling to tree. Yield is how fast the fruit/nut grows/ripens on the leaves. Lemon trees have about the best/fastest 'Yield'. But, the fruit you want to ripen is grapefruit. You can further speed up the process with the ripening effect from Fruity Bees.

    I used Forestry in 1.7.10 recently and it does indeed seem like you need to spend some time and effort breeding to get decent fruit/nut production. Honey is probably a more reliable source of 1.5x multiplier for Ethanol, if that's what you're using the fruit juice for. I bred a good (best ?)...

    Heh, yeah. I did that when I noticed JourneyMap was throwing a "wrong side" error. It rang a bell. I think I tried to do the same thing with JourneyMap on my own and got the same error.

    I pondered PFAA on my recent server reboot, but I can't get over how ugly the textures are. To the mod author's credit, he freely admits the textures aren't beautiful and has solicited for help to make them look better. He seems like a great guy.

    Not sure how you can say that. Centrifuging lava has been in GT for a long time. It's trivial once you have access to the Nether since you can self-power the whole system with lava itself.
