If you mean the old map data is there and you are using mapwriter then delete the mapwriter folder from within your save.

As log as the server is able to keep up then I wouldn't worry to much and just keep an eye on it. The x2 series of cpu's were released between 2007 and 2008 so nearly 6 years old.

I would just update the server to the version you are using rather than trying a manual update. Just be sure to backup your world first.

The error I see from the server is a bouncy castle error and was fixed by deleting the libraries folder from the ftb install folder. Try doing that on your client first.

Please post your logs to pastebin because txt files are impossible to read.

Go to your options and tick 'reopen launcher after exiting minecraft'. Now when you crash and the launcher and console close it it cause it to reopen. Now go to the console and click 'paste my log to pastebin' button in the console this will give you a pop up so click 'yes' then link the log here.
