It seems that I cant launch Minecraft if i have the newest versions of Forge... The game doesnt work with Forge 10.13.1.1230 or higher, I tried FTB Launcher, AT Launcher, Even normal clean vanilla with forge and several mods/ Here is a crash report for some test i did with the newest version...
