    How much is still unfinished. Playing with vanilla textures has become extremely depressing and I simply can not find a complete pack anywhere. (which I know is a huge undertaking)

    This and Enchanting Plus made it really easy to enchant IC2 tools. Either way, its no longer possible.

    Well thats nice. The ability to enchant IC2 tools via exploit is gone in 1.5.1. Thats why I use Tinkers Construct now instead.

    Yeah, I moved from using IC2 tools to using the Tinkers Construct tools. Where else am I gonna get a lightning fast pick enchanted with Fortune 3 that lasts forever with it's rechargeable battery?

    Hmm, that's a much better option than just turning it off in the config!.... (B:WorldGen.MFRLakes=false) Actually most excited about not having Redpower installed. Looking forward to playing around with some alternates.

    Morton has been putting a lot of work into the TP for a while now. It may not be immediately noticeable but believe me, he has.

    Probably because it's not the only one holding it back. There are a few other important mods still in beta status.

    Re-installed DW20, most sounds not working

    The sounds from minecraft sometimes take time to be copied from the jar to the resources folder. Usually when doing a fresh install, I just keep pushing buttons in options till I get sound.

    I'm not so sure. Direwolf seems to have his nose far up Soaryns ass. I would imagine he'd like to play around with new stuff that gets released in Xycraft.

    Tekkit was on 1.2.5 for a long time. They're still around.

    I have donated to a mod author or two in the past. In no way whatsoever do I expect anything from them. I made a DONATION to them. I did not make a PURCHASE from them.
