In the quest to get soul sand and nether warts, I found some soul sand in hell, but no nether warts whatsoever and had to create some using minechem. Is that intended or am I just blind and couldn't find the warts? EDIT: Also, what is the polytool used for?

Is there a way to play this without being in hardcore? When you choose between hard and easy in the quests, the hard one says you will die alot, but I only died once because of hardcore :(

Can someone help me I started the ftb launcher for the first time in awhile to play this modpack and I cannot find it. (The Blood n' Bones modpack) EDIT: Nevermind, I discovered the third party pack and it was there.

I deleted everything minecraft related and re downloaded the ultimate server and got the same error. Do I need the vanilla minecraft server installed for the ftb server to run?
