Hey, can someone tell me how can i mine cobalt and ardite? Maybe it changed, but with the new updates i started again, but i had just went to the nether and i couldnt mine cobalt or ardite with my alumite pickaxe. Did it changed? How do you do it?

I am trying to play this modpack, but every item shows as unnamed, in waila and in NEI, does anybody has any ideia on how to fix this? i have reinstalled the modpack, just in case and it is still not working

Im sorry if this has been already discussed, but i cant start a new world with version 1.1.13, i need to enable the hqm mod, but when i try to do it, it says i dont have permission, and because when a new world is created i cant enable cheat mode, i dont know a different way to do it. I'm sorry...
