    I was gonna imply that about the pipe but i wasn't sure anymore whether or not it used a pipe on the controller layer since it won't start without pipes.

    For those of you wondering about the IC2 Teleporter and the idea propose by @UNG_God that was to use a IC2 Charge pad to power it. Well it work! ^_^ So, thanks @UNG_God !

    You are forgetting Kinetic Water Generator. In a deep ocean, you can generate up to 145EU/t (give or take a few EU) at max speed using Iron Rotor. It also can be used very early game.     Tiny error in Nei Text. - Reactoria Seed bag state it drop Reactoria Leaf (correct) and Tiny Pile of uraninite dust (have ye to see it but haven't harvested many yet.) I also received "Uraninite leaf" from them.

    Tried it, didn't work. As i said in my Edit, i'm pretty sure it only serve as a recipe component for the Short-range Telepad. Please refer to my post on page 717.

    IMO they are still OP even with a high cost. Although a high cost make them harder to come by thus worth while to perhaps enable. As @codewarrior0 mentioned, you can put covers on side.     hmm..is that for the latest version? I haven't had the chance to update from 3.2.18 to 3.2.19.1 yet and mine are the old GT Solar cover recipe... as in: x8 1V = 1 ULV x8 ULV = 1 LV etc
