U have not big assembler chamber) only 14 interfaces, but u have cable with 32 channels. In my constructions i make 4 towers with 8 intefaces and 8 assemblers in box 3x3x2. So i use all 32 channels.

YES, u can automat machines to produce one type item. ender io item conduits with level preference: set pref 100 on blaze production and 0..100 pref on item production. And u always have full chest of blaze rods in blaze production and excess of blaze rods will go to other item production.

1 blaze rod + 1 macerator (any techmod) = emc for more than 1 blaze rod

Mek pipes cant be replaced by other mods pipes/tubes. that's problem using SFM. SFM cant transfer objects that not registed in forge as liquid. its like thaumcraft essence and essence tubes

there is two ways to transfer water in pipes: vacuming aka suction in thaumcraft tubes pressure aka thaumcraft buffers and if U cant use more than one side of jars it's not says that U cant make circle with tubes/buffers
