    it's Binnie's mods. it's problem from Binnie's chunk loaders. but I dont see mod in Ur list. try delete Binnie core. load-n-save world. install again on needs.

    WAT again? +1 to @lenscas. pneumaticcraft security machine can prevent placing blocks. but can be hacked. just add to list MFFS (as i remember both autors)

    Help with Draconic evolution - Stabalized mob spawner

    there is two upgrades for spawners: first one remove option "player must be in range". second remove light and world options. R U install both?

    Wow. Problems come from GPU drivers. Try reinstall/update video drivers.
