I think FTB as a whole is on the decline, this forum was never good and overall most of the FTB packs weren't great. At least compared to the third party ones. And yeah 1.14.4 is looking pretty good I also saw a few 1.15 packs on Twitch, not sure if they have any content but they do exist.

I'm back with more jokes, the biggest joke, however, is the amount FTB cares about their website and forum.

Realistic Terrain Generation, which completely changes terrain generation but doesn't add new biomes, blocks, or mobs. Preserves the vanilla feel but makes the game actually look good. It's amazing with shaders. Can't say I've been keeping up with the vanilla updates, been playing on Hypixel...

Time for me to make my rare yearly post. Grind in video games is not acceptable unless the mechanics which you use to grind are also fun. And this goes more into overall game design than minecraft itself but if a game requires you to grind out like items or resources but the way you like...
