    Opinions on Microsoft buying Mojang

Microsoft has no credibility as far as i'm concerned when it comes to not ruining things. Especially when those things are driven by microsoft's desire to enlarge their phone market. Because, you know, Win8...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Weren't baby skels nerfed in 1121? btw, we didn't really spend much time on that, Am I really the only one who's sad to see the big deadly mobs go?

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

I'm of the opinion that you should know where the buildings are, but not be able to tell which buildings are holding the loot you want... it should be in there *somewhere*. That would make it more advantageous to get through buildings quicker, and force you to find ways to do that, rather than...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Just don't try and be clever like I did and only put blocks infront of the ducts... the explosions can get through diagonally *derp*

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

The answer has been discussed quite a lot. It has to do with when creepers release creeper seeds, the explosion caused by that can destroy things like convyors and itemducts. There is no fix as of yet.

More importantly, to avoid nether plant seed fire, always make sure the seeds land on netherrack or a non-fire-able block, like glass. One easy way is to dig a 1x1 hole, 2 deep and having the bottom be netherrack, easy PC seed farming, and no chance of the fire seeds landing on anything but the...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Sounds like Shin Sekai has a different setup, actually reading the internal buffers themselves, and avoided the daylight sensor.

Huh, Could you elaborate on how you got SFM to read the power buffer?

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Ah, I was a little confuzzled, since I had just mentioned the cities seeming hard.. but. easy... or something - more that there's less usefulness in return visits. I actually found the city more entertaining when I bunkered up building to building, by the time I left, I'd cleared about 5-6...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

I also remember it being mentioned that the stone pebbles was going to be removed. I take that as considering it not-legit. And if this - was aimed at me, it was pointless and unfounded. I haven't cheated in this pack. Not once. Nor do I encourage it, but the form of the post I was replying...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

I still haven't gotten through my first city... Cities to me were kinda cool up until I got my first smeltery and high oven - then there was nothing to be gained by going there, and by that time I'd seen all the different buildings (except the reactor one, which is probably the only reason I'll...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

More specifically, It looks like the hardcore questing mod data has been corrupt (based on the error log). you can try going into your save and deleting (MAKE A COPY OF THE WORLD BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING) the HQM data, based on a quick look through a save file it seems to be a players.dat flie in...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

usually the easiest way to fix these kinds of problems is to go in with MCEdit and remove the crash-causing block. Ofcourse you'll lose your manager, but you can cheat that back in, as for the program... well, it's probably a lost cause now, unfortunately these things happen. protip: try...

    32x Faithful 32x32 Pack

I finished editing all of the chisel cobblestone textures :D Added it to Git with a pull request Previews: turns out I'm not bad at this ;) I might give some of the missing chisel textures a go. I'll look into it. edit: hrm, I can't get rid of this attatched files thing down the bottom...

    32x Faithful 32x32 Pack

Well, I got bored for a while, and remembered that the current faithful chisel cobblestone textures bug me a bit. Basically they're beveled brick patterns overlayed over the standard faithful cobblestone texture, and they look off, to me anyway. So I figured, what the hell, I'll give it a go -...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

I guess it was more that it's not really the intended use to setup timers that fast in SFM, if it was, the timer trigger would probably go below 1 sec. I think that's what bugs me a bit more. I'll probably keep it for now, since all it's really doing is making setups that aren't all that much...

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Hey guys, I've been lurking for a while and decided to chime in since i'd like some opinions  Crash landing so far has been my first experience with SFM (steve's factory manager), and while I'm loving the mod since its incredibly useful and versatile, every time I use it I almost feel like...

What's new in modded minecraft today?

Theres a new poll out from KL: Could cofh be changing names? (Cult Of the Full Hub) Could it be mod or feature related? or is it really just a bar bet? who knows... And we'll probably never know...

What's new in modded minecraft today?

multiblocks are still just one machine, that's completely different to building 10 of the same machine just to get more output - even if it isn't less efficient, it just feels inefficient and wrong somehow to have to build loads of generators because there are none that offer the power output...
