Fracked would be a "wet" natural gas which you're correct in stating is multiple hydrocarbons. "Dry" natural gas is normally pure methane as per the wiki. Also, I only said these two ideas. I never claimed that there were not other ways the process or break it down. I only claimed feasibility.
