So aparently to fix this you ahve to unload the are around where the doors are. Upon coming back you can freely destroy the doors. If a mod would be so kind as to close this post that would be awesome :3

Aww yiss! Might upgrade it to a semi XP farm but would need gold spikes for that which dont drop items so i would need(i think) diamond spikes which are expensive.
