This is a common error. Delete this config 'C:/Users/sephiror/Desktop/config/denoflionsx/denLibCore/updater.cfg:1' It will recreate it when you start the game next. The config is safe to delete as it has no IDs in it and only alerts you in chat whether there is an update for the mod.

Follow this guide and substitute the references to the vanilla folder for the mod pack folder you wish to use. You will need to do this for each of the mod packs you want to use.
