I have no clue what just happened, now when i start up Minecraft, at main menu, it gets locked to 30FPS and it does horrible in the game overall, I checked settings and options ingame, no luck... What can cause a 30 FPS lock?

Alright, got ender stuff going. BUT, their cables "sucks" since they are not part of forge multiblock, I was furious when i noticed I could not block pipes off from eachother!

So.... What the hell. There is no way to make the cable without alloy furnace. And the alloy furnace needs power. Although it does not accept RF from the leadstone energy cell, nor any of the dynamos. How can I get power into it?!
