Ok. I have a private server hosted and game crashed. Server stopped and restarted it and I seem to have gone back to day 3 of my world. I've raised a support ticket but wondering if others have experienced this

Am I right in thinking the error message failed to login authentication server (something like that anyway) is something to do with Mojang and not client side ?

Simple question please peeps. Now my server world is starting to get quite big I would like to link a access and crafting monitor from various points around the base so I don't have to keep returning to central room with the assembly chamber I'm guessing I think I could link extra access points...

Am using apple java 6 and find they don't update that often. When using JRE 6 from oracle I had no issues but updated to java 7 and it caused me major problems with mine craft and FTB. Is there a way to use latest build from oracle on mac without it causing minecraft to crash ? and what would...

I'm currently trying to figure out how to convert the 1.5 texture folders to use in a resource pack. It does seem that as of 1.6 minecraft handles textures much better. Also I upgraded the ram cards in mac to 16g and allocated 4 in the launcher and has all but stopped lag spikes so may be worth...

Had same issue with mac. I found it to be a graphics card issue. Simply put to run 64 textures with unleashed you need a good graphics card (over 90,000 png's). I used soartex base pack then replaced a lot of the png images with sphax including GUIs then used 32x textures for most unused mods...

Sorry if I'm in wrong sub but is it possible to use 1.5.7 textures and file them in asset folders then use with 1.6 ? Obviously it will be some time for a texture pack to be made available for the 1.6 direwolf pack and was curious if this was possible to get a head start
