I played minecraft for 2 years before I killed the enderdragon... And the only time I did it I was in super armor and used thaumcraft weapons. Still have not done so in vanilla.

I believe it's a Java limitation. Java only uses a single core at any given time. It will pass it around on a system between all the cores, but it will only use one.

LOL, On the multiplayer note, our server's never have a good luck beyond 2 months, we always end up corrupting a world by that time. I have no idea how someone can NOT corrupt a heavily modded minecraft world after 2 months!

I don't understand why people are complaining about world resets? I play for 2 months at most, and then I run out of things to do, I run thought every mod on the pack, and I have to Reset the world. How is it that people don't have to reset the world after a couple months? Anyone wanna tell...

First of all, you only need to read slow's first post to know there will be few 1.6.4 packs... Second, 1.7 is not even currently being coded for anything by anyone, because MCP is not updated yet, which makes it about 2 months away (after MCP comes out) for even the easiest mods and up to (and...

Reverse that last one, the v1 launcher can handle 1.6.4 packs but the packs are not finished.

I did the same, and it wasn't as hard to install mods into it that I thought. The server on the other hand was more complicated than I care to admit, but never the less, it's easier than it's made out to be.
