It doesn't seem to cause any issues, but I did have my steve's treefarm cart disappear from my world. I also had a portal that stopped working (it was only rendering half of it) until I broke it and placed it back down. Those could of just been normal bugs. The cart thing seems to be rather common.

I could of swore that I read there was a mod in FTB Ultimate that allows you to break items down (eg. Steel Boots turns into 3-4 steel ingots). Is there something like this or anything I can do with the 2 diamond chests full of steel armor other than turn them into UU-Matter? :p
