Double check your open blocks cfg file and make sure the ID for the grave is set correctly to 2546. The last time Ghast gave it to you he typed the number wrong. If that does not work I would recommend you try to reinstall the ftb client and monster pack and see if that works. And don't forget...

just use the default mods as I said. don't activate anything else but a minimap

do you have another mod added on like morph or KAMI? I had the same problem. I know it takes a while but What I did was downgrade to 1.1.0 then back to 1.1.1. Don't activate any other bods except a minimap

I really don't think fixing it is going to work. Direwolf20 pack is just to unstable and when things go bad reset is the best option. I don't know if any of you would want to but what about switching to the monster pack as it is stable.

Im good with starting over. It would give me something to do and hopefully fix alot of the problems.
