Yes the charcoal production is within a chunk loader as well on a separate Applied Energistics network in a Mystcraft world. Do Chunk Loaders + Mystcraft not work that well? I can relocate the factory production utilities if need-be. Edit: Our server restarts every 6 hours as well.
