Yeah when I updated from 1.2.7 to 1.3.1 my quests stopped being completed too, I plan to redo them since some of the quest rewards have changed since I did them the first time but you can just autocomplete them using /hqm edit

This is mostly for how to make the smeltery but it also showcases using the crucible. Mine with the pick to level it up or use mob heads for quick level ups at the cost of upgrade slots I think?

Should most of the Steve's Carts entry quests require the same thing which hits every quest even though you made one?

Pretty sure that is a yes.

There is some guides on Youtube, be sure you are not using MCEdit 2 (that is still in testing), and it seems the best route is to just prune everything but your base and then reload the map with the new version.

It only looks like that with the new home base.

There is a lot not in the questbook, craft a book with a creeper head (if that is still in the pack)

A little of both, but after updating myself I see you mean that the world is named 1.2.8 even though it says it is 1.3.1? EDIT: and after updating to 1.3.1 with a fresh world (so I can MCEdit my old world into it) I can see why so many people want the old starter bunker... >.>; karma why?

That is definitely a good thing to follow, and as always be sure you make backups of everything! For that exact same reason I made some galgadorian metal fairly early on, it was before I started Steve's Carts, check it out here!

That is what it seems, also the last time someone asked this karma listed off some planets where it would work but I can't remember them, sorry.

If the old save won't work you can try to start up a new 1.3.1 world and then use MCEdit to place your old world into the new one. Or... you could update your 1.2.8 world one update at a time.

How do you get the fly enchantment? Other planets have different temperatures.
