    Squids Are OverPowered

Myeeah, be the latest version of MFR only gives you 5 milibuckets of biofuel if the diversity is only 1. I guess that's why Grydian's doubting.

Oh jolly. Looks like I'll be doing boilers again. Well, force packs dump whatever they've got on the item card into any container you right click. In this case the diamond chest, this is being translocated into a router, I think you can figure out the rest. Well, you did come up with it :D...

Ways to get various metals and items without mining or such?

Depends on the pack, what I could do is: Vanilla darkroom > loot bags > sigil > cursed earth darkroom > way more loot bags > mfr laser. As red said, the only thing I'd have to get manually is osmium.

before I put this this in a bug thread... BC lasers

Drawbridges are great for connecting/disconnecting a battery of machines to/from power. You could of course simply use a REC, but I'd kinda need 10 REC's to connect one such battery of my machinery, so I decided to use that instead. Works like a charm, looks great.

    Thermal Expansion Engines

Well, BC moved from lossy pipes to lossy machines, this change might have something to do with that.

    Polished stone?

I haven't personally made it, so I'm not sure, but I reckon polished stone is (similarly to clear glass) just some kind of stone (cobble or normal) in the smeltery.

Of course :) goes the other way as well though. I just did the devil advocate thing after someone insinuated it might go the one way :D. I fully agree, the initial idea was to have a sort of a rocky alcove to the side with a waterfall, a tiny stream leading into a quartz pool in the middle and...

Why isn't Factorization compared to TE or IC2?

To be honest, It's mostly because "I can". I used to use large amount of routers before AE and sorta got used to that, that's when I learned it's better to have 'em on hand. It sorta just stuck with me. My current base only has one router at the moment.

Why isn't Factorization compared to TE or IC2?

I usually make several stacks. It's not exactly early game automation, but once you get to the point where you can, then it becomes trivial.

What is the fastest way to get rid of a mountain.

The items despawn within a second, so that the filler isn't usable as a cheap quarry.

A short search into the world of pro-gamers reveals they're all smart and successful, look at Thresh. Generalizations are bad, I know, but this one has some solid foundations, the competition in professional level playing is very hard. And well, tactical thinking, planing ahead, timing, etc...

Why isn't Factorization compared to TE or IC2?

I'm sure it's the same for AE, Pipes and transfer nodes, even wooden pipes might work, worth testing.
