Strongboxes wouldn't work. The best way to increase the throughput would actually be several turtles making sure there's only ever a stack of coal/charcoal in the chest otherwise they'll grab less than a stack eventually down to dozens of turtles only ever grabbing out a single charcoal/coal...

There's a limit to the influx/outflux(200 or so turtles IIRC) of charcoal via enderchest not to mention I'm not sure turtles can even color the ender chests of which you would eventually need multi-color combinations.

Okay so for some reason removing a number of mods(All the ones that hadn't been in CL/AgS/BnB in my case) and loading up the game fixed everything. Added every mod back in just fine.
